Club Policies

• School Year Alignment: Our active club calendar perfectly mirrors the Cupertino Union School District (CUSD) schedule, ensuring project milestones and meetings never conflict with major school breaks, exams, or holidays.

• Project Commitment: To protect our advisor's dedicated schedule, missed meetings without 24 hours' notice cannot be rescheduled.

• Safety & Compliance: A signed parent/guardian event liability waiver and media photo waiver must be submitted upon registration.
