What’s Included In the Club Membership?

• Monthly 1-on-1 Project Mentorship with Dr. Ron
  Every month, your teen gets a private, online advisor meeting with Dr. Ron. Together, they will brainstorm astronomy project ideas, overcome technical hurdles, and systematically drive their real-life project to completion.

• Flexible Hybrid Format (Online or In-Person)
  Meetings can be held virtually or in person as needed, providing maximum convenience for busy schedules alongside the invaluable benefit of face-to-face direct guidance

• Continuous Support: Offline Email Exchanges
  Project support doesn't end when the meeting finishes. Members can reach out to Dr. Ron via email between sessions to ask questions, share draft data, and get quick feedback so their momentum never stalls.

• Seamless CUSD Calendar Alignment
  No scheduling headaches. Our active club calendar perfectly mirrors the Cupertino Union School District (CUSD) schedule, ensuring project milestones and meetings never conflict with major school breaks, exams, or holidays.

Club Membership Investment

• Annual Fee: $900 / year

• Joining Mid-Term? We welcome passionate students year-round! Fees are fully pro-rated at $90 per remaining month of the school year, ensuring you only pay for the project time your teen uses.

  
  

Club Policies

• Project Commitment: To protect our advisor's dedicated schedule, missed meetings without 24 hours' notice cannot be rescheduled.

• Safety & Compliance: A signed parent/guardian event liability waiver and media photo waiver must be submitted upon registration.
